No. You can order just the Matterport scan. The voice agent is optional — but it's where the real value sits, which is why we bundle them.

It depends on size, complexity and country. Most residential properties land between €350–€900 for the scan; commercial spaces are quoted per project. We send a fixed quote within one business day.

From order to live tour: typically 7–14 days. The on-site scan is 1–3 hours. The AI voice agent is configured in parallel and goes live the same day as the tour.
