The October app
Guided capture on your iPhone: it finds the best spot in every room, keeps the phone steady and takes the photos for you. Included. Needs an iPhone 12 or newer.

Empty or staged rooms
Have any room shown empty, or furnished in one of three looks: every photo of the room is done in it. The AI is told to keep walls, floors, windows, fittings and the view as they are, and every image is labelled as virtual.

Good to know
- A place is up to 6 rooms. 7–12 rooms count as 2 places, 13–18 as 3, and so on.
- Your first place is free (photos + walkthrough, up to 6 rooms). It comes with every new account, also one made by buying a place.
- If nothing can be made from a capture, the place goes back to your account. If rooms can't be made and the rest fits in fewer places, the extra places go back. If 4K can't be made, the 4K difference is refunded. Unused places can be refunded within 30 days. Refunds.
- Unused places carry over for 3 months (12 on yearly). Yearly billing: 2 months free (10×).
- Prices in US dollars, excluding sales tax/VAT where it applies.
