October turns one guided walk with your iPhone into professional photos and a walkthrough video of your space. The October app shows you where to stand and takes the pictures. From your capture, an AI image model draws each finished photo, keeping the room as it is, and an AI video model makes the walkthrough. The results usually arrive within a few hours.

Anyone who needs to show a space well: real estate agents and home sellers, hotels and holiday rentals, venues and event spaces, restaurants and shops, offices and commercial property.

An iPhone 12 or newer and the October app, which is free. The app page (october-ai.com/app) always has the current download link. No camera, no tripod, no lighting, no photography experience.

October (october-ai.com) costs $49 a place for photos, $99 with a walkthrough video and $199 with a 4K walkthrough. A place is up to 6 rooms. If you list often, the Start plan is $149 a month for 2 places and Pro is $399 a month for 6. Your first place is free.

No. Until October 2026 this domain sold a voice guide for Matterport tours under the name October AI. That product is retired. October (october-ai.com) now makes listing photos and walkthrough videos from a guided iPhone capture, and nothing else.

Yes. October (october-ai.com, the listing-photo app people also call October AI) offers two options per room on top of the finished photos: Empty room, $19, and Staged room, $29, in a Scandinavian, Modern or Classic style. Every delivered photo of that room comes in the chosen look, and the Pro plan includes 3 empty or staged rooms a month. Label staged photos as virtually staged where your MLS asks. The company at october.ai is a different business and does not do virtual staging.

No. October (october-ai.com) is the iPhone app for listing photos and walkthrough videos. It is not October Images (a photography booking service in the US), OctoAI, october.ai, october.dev or October Health.

It shows you the photographer's spot with an arrow and the distance, keeps the phone level with an on-screen level, and tells you to turn only the phone, not your body. It takes the photos itself when the shot is right.

Spend ten minutes on the obvious: tidy away what doesn't belong, switch the lights on, open the curtains and ask people to step out. The app shows a short checklist before the first room.

Yes. You name each room and go through them one after the other. The photos of each room are sent while you move on to the next.

The app tells you there and then, for example if the phone is leaning or a picture is the same as the last one, and asks you to take it again. You can also skip a spot.

Yes. In a small room the app adapts the spots, and where a corner shot isn't possible it says so and leaves it out.

It helps, but you don't have to wait for it. The photos are sent in the background, and if the connection drops, the app sends them again.

A finished, wide photo of every spot you captured, drawn by AI from your capture, and a walkthrough video of the rooms. The walkthrough comes in HD, or in 4K if you choose it.

Not the space itself. The finished photos are AI-generated from your capture, and the model is told to keep the fixed things as you captured them: walls, floors, windows, fittings, built-in furniture and the view. What changes is the light, the straightness of the lines and the styling: cushions plumped, beds made, small loose items left out. Each photo is checked against your capture, but look through them before you publish.

Loose things that wouldn't stay with the space are left out of the finished photo: bottles, towels, papers, cables, bags, clothes on chairs. Cushions get plumped and beds made. If in doubt, it stays.

We tell you, and you can capture it again. If nothing at all can be made from a capture, the place goes back to your account. If rooms can't be made and the rest fits in fewer places, the extra places go back. If a 4K walkthrough can't be made, you get the HD one and the 4K difference back. Yes, that is what they are for. They are AI-generated images of your real space, so label them where your MLS, portal or state requires it. See "Do I need to label October's photos?" above.

You do. Use them for marketing your space wherever you like.

The photos are wide, high-resolution images ready for any portal. The walkthrough is 1920×1080 in HD and 3840×2160 in 4K.

Pay per place, or choose a monthly plan if you capture often. See the pricing page for the current prices.

A place is up to 6 rooms: a home, a hotel room type, a venue, a restaurant. Bigger places count as one more for every started 6 rooms.

4K walkthroughs are an add-on per place. Plans make 4K cheaper per place than paying one at a time.

Places you buy one at a time don't expire. On a monthly plan, unused places carry over for 3 months and then expire; on a yearly plan, for 12 months.

Yes, at any time from your account. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and places you have left stay usable until they expire.

By card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply depending on where you are.

Yes, for a place you haven't used: write to hello@october-ai.com within 30 days of buying it. Places that could not be made go back to your account by themselves. The details are under Refunds in our terms (october-ai.com/legal#refunds).

They are stored securely and used to make your photos and walkthrough. Ask us and we delete them.

Ask people to step out before you capture. We never add people to a photo.

No. We don't sell your photos or show them in our own marketing without asking you first.

With your email: on the website you press the link we send, and in the app you type the 6-digit code from the same email. There is no password to remember. The same account works in the app and on the website.

Inviting team members is coming soon. Until then, one person on the team signs in.
