Can our staff do the capture?
Yes. The app guides anyone through it: it shows where to stand, keeps the phone level and takes the photos itself. No photography experience is needed.
What counts as a place for a hotel?
A place is up to 6 rooms, for example one room type with its bathroom, or a set of public areas. Bigger capture runs count as one more place for every started 6 rooms.
Do you offer 4K walkthroughs for our website?
Yes. Every walkthrough comes in HD, and 4K is available on every plan.
