Can I use the photos on listing portals?
Yes, that is what they are for. They are AI-generated from your own capture of the property, so label them as AI-altered or digitally altered where your MLS or state requires it; in California, AB 723 also asks for a link to the original, and the unaltered original of every photo is included in your download for that.
How long does a home take to capture?
A few minutes per room. The app takes you to three spots in each room and takes the photos at each one.
What does a home cost?
From $49 a place (photos) or $99 with a walkthrough. A place is up to 6 rooms. Agents who list often can choose a monthly plan, and the first place is free.
Does the seller need to do anything?
Tidy away what doesn't belong, switch the lights on and open the curtains. Small loose items that are left, like papers, towels and cables, are left out of the finished photos, and cushions are plumped.
