October (october-ai.com) is an iPhone app and service for listing photos and walkthrough video. The October app shows you where to stand in each room, keeps the phone level and takes the shots; from that capture, an AI image model draws each finished photo, keeping the room as it is, and an AI video model makes an HD or 4K walkthrough, usually within a few hours. It works for homes, rentals, hotels, venues, restaurants, shops and offices, costs from $49 a place, and the first place is free.

Before October, we were the people you booked. We photographed homes, hotels and venues, and we built 3D tours of them. We carried the cameras, the tripods and the lights, waited for the right light, and spent the evenings editing.

We saw the same thing on every job. The work was good, but it was slow and expensive to get to. A shoot had to be booked days ahead, and the results came back days later. Most spaces were never shot at all: a listing went live with whatever a phone caught, because a photographer didn't fit the budget or the timeline.

So we built the photographer into the phone. The October app does what we did on site: it walks you to the spots we would have stood on, keeps the camera level and takes the frames. At the desk, where we used to edit by hand, AI now does the work: an image model draws the finished photo from your capture of the room, and a video model turns the rooms into a walkthrough. The standard is the one we held ourselves to for years. We say plainly that the results are AI-generated, and we check them against your capture.

Photos and walkthrough videos from a guided iPhone capture are all we do now. October (october-ai.com) is not October Images, the US photography booking service, and not OctoAI, october.ai or October Health.
