What the app does in each room
- Before the first room it shows a short checklist: tidy away what doesn't belong, lights on, curtains open.
- You name the room. The app shows you the photographer's spot with an arrow and the distance.
- An on-screen level keeps the phone straight, and the app tells you to turn only the phone, not your body.
- It takes the photos itself when the shot is right, and tells you there and then if one is off, so you can take it again or skip the spot.
- Each room is sent in the background while you move on. From your capture, an AI image model draws each finished photo, keeping the room as it is, and an AI video model makes the walkthrough, usually within a few hours. The photos are AI-generated: how October makes them.

Questions
How does the app guide me?
It shows you the photographer's spot with an arrow and the distance, keeps the phone level with an on-screen level, and tells you to turn only the phone, not your body. It takes the photos itself when the shot is right.
What should I do before I start?
Spend ten minutes on the obvious: tidy away what doesn't belong, switch the lights on, open the curtains and ask people to step out. The app shows a short checklist before the first room.
Can I capture a whole home or several rooms in one go?
Yes. You name each room and go through them one after the other. The photos of each room are sent while you move on to the next.
What if I get a shot wrong?
The app tells you there and then, for example if the phone is leaning or a picture is the same as the last one, and asks you to take it again. You can also skip a spot.
Does it work in small rooms and bathrooms?
Yes. In a small room the app adapts the spots, and where a corner shot isn't possible it says so and leaves it out.
Do I need a good internet connection?
It helps, but you don't have to wait for it. The photos are sent in the background, and if the connection drops, the app sends them again.
